- Disconnect range or wall oven from power and turn off gas
- Remove the oven racks and bottom oven panel
- Locate the igniter near the oven burner tube
- Remove the mounting screws securing the igniter
- Disconnect the wire harness connector
- Carefully remove the old igniter without touching the new one with bare hands
- Connect the wire harness to the new igniter
- Mount the new igniter with the screws provided
- Replace the oven bottom panel and racks
- 10. Restore gas and power, then test the oven
