- Work around the entire door perimeter to remove the old gasket
- Clean the gasket channel with warm soapy water
- Soak the new gasket in warm water to make it pliable
- Starting at the top corner, press the new gasket into the channel
- Work around the entire perimeter ensuring the gasket seats evenly
- Close the door and check for gaps along the seal
- Adjust any areas where the gasket is not making full contact
