Whirlpool W11195971 Washer Motor Stator
Genuine OEM Whirlpool W11195971 motor stator for direct drive washers. The stator is the stationary part of the washer drive motor that works with the rotor to spin the basket and agitator. When the stator fails or its windings burn out, the washer motor will not run properly, resulting in no spin, no agitation, or a washer that hums but does not move the load.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Whirlpool replacement part
- Direct replacement for a worn or burned out motor stator
- Restores proper drive motor operation for spin and agitate cycles
- Designed to work with the matching rotor and motor control board
Common Symptoms This Part Fixes
- Washer will not spin or agitate
- Motor hums but drum does not turn
- Washer stalls partway through the cycle
- Motor or drive error code displayed on the control panel
- Burning smell coming from the washer motor
Installation
Unplug the washer before starting. Remove the rear or front panel to access the drive motor assembly, depending on the model. Disconnect the wiring harness from the stator and remove the mounting bolts holding it around the rotor. Lift out the old stator and install the new one in the same position, making sure it is centered around the rotor. Reconnect the wiring harness, replace the mounting bolts, and reinstall the access panel. Plug in the washer and run a test cycle to confirm normal spin and agitation.
