Installation

Turn off power to the range at the breaker. Lift the front of the surface element and pull it straight out of the terminal block receptacle on the back of the range top. Insert the new element's prongs into the terminal block in the same orientation and press down until fully seated. Rest the element back into its bracket, restore power, and test the burner at each heat setting.
