Our Warranty Policy

Most parts sold by Authentic Appliance Parts are backed by a manufacturer warranty of 90 days to 1 year from the date of purchase, depending on the part and brand. Water filters are typically covered for 30 to 90 days.

What is covered

Defects in material or workmanship
Parts that fail under normal use conditions
Claims made within the warranty period for that part

What is not covered

Damage caused by improper installation
Misuse, accidents or modification of the part
Normal wear over time

Attach a clear photo of the defective part if possible.
We may ask for the original part, proof of purchase, or the model and serial number of your appliance.
Most claims are reviewed within 3 to 5 business days, and we will follow up by email with next steps.
