Installation
This part is a direct replacement. Disconnect power at the circuit breaker. Remove the lower spray arm and sump cover to access the diverter. Disconnect the old diverter, install the new one with the plug, and reassemble.

- Turn off power to the dishwasher at the circuit breaker.
- Remove the lower dish rack.
- Remove the lower spray arm by turning the retaining nut.
- Locate the diverter assembly in the sump area.
- Disconnect the wiring connector from the diverter motor.
- Remove the mounting screws or clips holding the old diverter.
- Remove the old diverter and plug assembly.
- Install the new WD19X34198 diverter and plug.
- Secure with mounting hardware.
- 10. Reconnect the wiring connector.
- 1 Reinstall the lower spray arm and dish rack.
