Genuine GE MWF/MWFP refrigerator water filter replacement for GE, Kenmore (model prefix 363), RCA, and Hotpoint refrigerators with round filters. The improved MWFP design replaces the older GWF metal canister filter with easier installation and superior contaminant reduction. Reduces or removes lead, cysts, asbestos, atrazine, chlorine, taste, odor, sediment, and turbidity per NSF/ANSI 42 standards. Carbon block media with 0.5–1 micron rating (Class I). Operating range: 33–100°F, 40–120 PSI. Flow rate: 0.5 GPM at 60 PSI. Fits most GE side-by-side and French-door models. Typically mounted inside the refrigerator at the back of the compartment. Note: If replacing a Culligan metal canister filter for the first time, a separate adapter kit is required (not included). OEM part number MWFP.
