Installation & Gas Safety

Conversion must be performed by a qualified gas-service technician using the range manufacturer's complete conversion instructions and applicable requirements. Shut off the gas supply and disconnect power before service as directed. Do not improvise orifice sizes, pressures, fittings or adjustments.

The technician must complete all prescribed fuel-specific configuration, labeling, approved leak checks and operating tests before returning the appliance to service. Never use a flame to check for leaks.

If you smell gas, stop using the appliance, avoid flames and electrical switches, leave the area and contact your gas supplier or emergency services from a safe location. Do not operate until the cause has been corrected by qualified personnel.
